Vadim Vorobyov, 38, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021. Born on December 4, 1982 in Namangan, Uzbekistan to father Oleg Vorobyov and mother Victoria Kaidalova.

Dearly beloved husband of Daria Vorobyova, loving son of Oleg Vorobyov and Victoria Kaidalova, proud Godfather of Nicholas Rodionov, Evan Rodionov and Alexander Sapozhnikov, caring kum of Stanislav Rodionov, Irina Rodionova, Olga Naidzions, Anna Lohmatow and Julia Sapozhnikova.

Vadim’s kind and generous heart will be greatly missed by numerous other family members and dear friends in Uzbekistan, Russia, the USA and world-wide. Memory eternal.

Visitation Tuesday January 19, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Holy Virgin Protection Russian Orthodox Cathedral, 1800 Lee St, Des Plaines, IL 60018.

Panihida (Russian Orthodox Funeral Service) will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the church.

Otpevanie (Russian Orthodox Final Funeral Service) Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Holy Virgin Protection Russian Orthodox Cathedral, 1800 Lee St, Des Plaines, IL 60018.

Interment Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 32377 Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, IL 60048.
