Andjelka Ilić, 93,  passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025. Born on January 10, 1932 in Ostojićevo, Serbia, to father Nebojša and mother Smilja Bordjoski. Memory eternal.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Gojko Ilić; loving mother of Alexander (Brigitte); cherished Grandmother of George (David) and Amanda (Michael); proud Greatgrandmother of Leonidas; caring aunt and Greataunt to nieces and nephews in US and Serbia.

Andjelka's beautiful smile and loving heart will be sorely missed by her family, friends, neighbors and everyone that knew her,

Visitation Monday, March 17, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Sveta Gora Serbian Orthodox Funeral Home, 3517 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL 60641.

Mali Pomen (Serbian Orthodox Wake Service) 6 p.m. at Sveta Gora.

Visitation Tuesday, March 18, 2025 – from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Sveta Gora, followed by Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) at 11 a.m.

After the Opelo interment тоок place at the Montrose Cemetery, 5400 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL 60630.

After the interment, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) was served at the Psistaria Greek Restaurant, 4711 W. Touhy Avenue, Lincolnwood, IL 60712.
