Rosa Rakić, 80, passed away in Chicago on Sunday, August 22, 2021. Born on August 11, 1941 in Gornja Sipulja near Loznica in Serbia to father Cvetko and mother Jovanka Jovanović. Memory Eternal.

Dearly beloved wife of Miloје; loving Mother of Rade (Rada) Matić and Velibor (Slavica); Proud Grandmother of Darko, Sladjana, Emilija and Lazar.
Rosa’s kind and generous heart will be truly missed by numerous other family members and dear friends in Serbia, the USA and world-wide.

Gravesite Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the Most Holy Mother of God Cemetery, New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 W Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.

After the interment, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) will be served at the Monastery.
