Živka Puljarević, age 91, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Born on September 10, 1934 in Banja Luka, Republic of Srpska, to father Ilija and mother Anka Puljarević. Memory eternal.

Dearly beloved mother of Nikola (Danica) Puljarević and Nada (Zoran) Čalović, proud grandmother of Tina Tomić, caring great-grandmother of Anthony, Nikola, Angelina and Luca.

Živka’s kind and generous heart will be sorely missed by numerous other family members, Kumovi and dear friends in the Republic of Srpska, Serbia the USA and worldwide.

Visitation Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery, 35240 W Grant Ave, Third Lake, IL 60046.

Opelo (Serbian Orthodox Funeral Service) took place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 12 noon at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery.

Interment Most Holy Mother of God Cemetery.

After the interment, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) took place at the New Gračanica Serbian Orthodox Monastery.
