On Friday, May 8, 2026, at the age of 78, the noble heart of Radislav Raković ceased to beat. He was born on March 9, 1948, in Trešnjevica, Serbia, to father Radiša and mother Milomirka Raković. Memory eternal.
His family and friends in America will pay their final respects to the departed Radislav on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Serbian Orthodox Funeral Home Sveta Gora, 3517 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL 60641.
A Serbian Orthodox Memorial Service (Pomen) was held at 12:00 PM (noon) on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Sveta Gora.
The funeral service and burial will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 12 noon in his native village of Trešnjevica.
