On Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the age of 85, the noble heart of Slavojka Kalajdžić took its final beat. Loving widow of late Trifko Kalajdžić, born 29th September 1940 in Sarajevo to father Gligorije and mother Šimša Čabak. Memory eternal.

Family and friends bid their final farewell to the departed Slavojka on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. during the Opelo (Serbian Orthdox Funeral Service) at the Monastery of New Gračanica located at 35240 W Grant Avenue Third Lake, IL 60046.

Following the funeral service, the burial took place at the Most Holy Mother of God cemetery.

After the burial, Daća (Serbian Orthodox Memorial Luncheon) for the repose of Slavojka's noble soul, was held at the Monastery of New Gračanica.
